Lohuizen is a community where young adults and former refugees live. Housing association De Alliantie asked me to make a mural in the entrance hall of Lohuizen. 
Conversations with residents about their favorite food and feelings of home where the starting point of this mural. Together with Lynn Smit I translated these conversations into two murals. 

Together with De Alliantie and the residents we organized a festive opening dinner with the food from the our painting.
