Paradiso asked me to create the artwork for this year's Pride campaign. I felt incredibly honored. It was a perfect intersection of my personal interests and a fun creative challenge.
I was given the freedom to incorporate a political message, because Pride is still a protest. Especially during World Pride in Amsterdam, it feels more urgent than ever to offer a counter-voice to the major sponsors who have completely commercialized pride and prefer to censor political expressions.
